Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am based in Mumbai, India. Unless otherwise specified, all of my prints are shipped from India. For international orders, I primarily use FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Within India, I might opt for different shipping providers depending on the best available local operators, to ensure that your print reaches you safely and efficiently.

  • All sales are final after purchase.

However, in the case of any damage during shipping, I will send out a replacement at no additional charge. Pictures of the damaged package and print may be required.

  • Currently, due to limitations with Squarespace, customers outside the United States might face issues with the automatic calculation of multiple tax rates. To streamline your purchasing experience, I've included the 6% GST in the total price of each print. The only additional cost will be for shipping, which is clearly itemized separately for transparency and convenience.

  • Shipping is included in the price for orders within India. For international customers, there is a flat shipping fee of $65. If you're ordering from India and require an adjustment, please contact me directly, and I'll ensure the price is tailored to your needs.

  • Ensuring that your fine art print arrives in impeccable condition is a priority for me. To achieve this, I collaborate with a certified professional printer who handles all artworks with the utmost care. During the packaging process, the printer wears gloves to avoid any contact between the oils of the skin and the print, which helps in preserving the integrity and quality of the artwork.

For shipping, the prints are either rolled and placed in sturdy, high-quality tubes or laid flat in protective packaging, depending on the size and material of the print. This is done to ensure that the prints remain secure and undamaged during transit. Each package is clearly marked with 'Fragile' labels to alert carriers of the need for careful handling.

We take every precaution to guarantee the safety of your print from our door to yours, using trusted shipping services known for their reliability and care.

  • I am committed to using only the finest materials to produce my prints, ensuring each piece not only reflects high artistic quality but also stands the test of time. For paper prints, unless otherwise specified, I predominantly use Hahnemühle fine art paper. Renowned for its exceptional quality, this paper offers outstanding colour depth, longevity, and stability.

In addition to Hahnemühle, I occasionally explore more exotic materials to complement specific artworks. This includes various textured papers that can enhance the visual depth and tactile feel of the prints, as well as metal substrates which provide a modern, sleek look and feel. Each material is chosen to amplify the aesthetic and emotional impact of the artwork, making each print not just a piece to view but an experience to engage with.

  • To ensure that your fine art print remains in pristine condition and retains its value, there are several care guidelines you should follow:

Handling: Avoid unrolling your prints until you are ready to frame or display them. Keeping the prints rolled up for extended periods without proper handling can increase the risk of damage. Always handle the artwork with clean, dry hands or use cotton gloves to prevent oils and dirt from transferring to the print.

Framing: Use archival-quality materials for framing. Acid-free mats and UV-protective glass or acrylic can significantly prolong the life of your print by protecting against environmental factors like light exposure and humidity.

Display: Avoid hanging your print in direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure to UV rays can cause fading and deterioration. Similarly, avoid placing prints near heat sources or in areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens, as this can also accelerate degradation.

Cleaning: Dust your framed prints regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a brush. Never use cleaning fluids or water directly on the print, as these can cause irreversible damage.

Storage: If you need to store your print without framing, keep it in a cool, dry place. Use a protective tube that is slightly larger than the print to minimize the contact with the print's surface, and ensure the environment is stable in terms of temperature and humidity.

By following these guidelines, you can help preserve the aesthetic and material integrity of your print for years to come.

  • In my collection, I offer two types of prints: limited edition and open edition, each catering to different preferences and collector goals.

Limited Edition Prints: These are prints produced in a fixed number, which means once they are sold out, no more will be made. For instance, if a print is offered as a limited edition of 21, only 21 copies will ever be printed. Each limited edition print is signed and numbered, which not only enhances its uniqueness but also its value as a collectible. Owning a limited edition print means holding a piece of exclusivity.

Open Edition Prints: Unlike limited editions, open edition prints are not restricted in the number of prints available. They can be reproduced indefinitely. Open editions are a great way to own a piece of art at a more accessible price point, making art more available to a wider audience. While these prints are not numbered, they still carry the high quality and artistic value synonymous with my work.

Each type of print ensures that you can engage with art in a way that suits your space, budget, and personal collection strategy. Whether you choose a limited or open edition, you're bringing a piece of my artistic vision into your life.
